Albert Einstein (1879~1955)
"The difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits."
I had a place for some quotations in my blog, not to miss words that contain remarkable meanings to be remembered. The above sentence, written by Albert Einstein, was happened to be one of them. By any chance, I have encountered his words a few times, and was impressed by what he was telling about. It was a moment of realization that I was extracting the core meaning from abstractive ambiguity to empirical acknowledgement. I would rather call it 'wisdom'. And I am trying to expand his words into something like 'foolish people never know when to stop, just keep on going until they are brocken completely'. And I recall one of famous lyrics that 'wise men say only fools rush in.' at the same time. And eventually, I am assuming that people tend to fail in diffentiating between losing and improving by means of open-minded, and tend to concentrate on short term interests.
"Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better."
He also give me a lesson that I don't have to be a genius physicist to understand better around me if I am willing to look deep into nature. And if I am beginning to see how it work, then I would understand everything better. In other words, I could get some points by observing the way of natural processes carefully and applying into a real situation accordingly.
"The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination."
He leads me to the conclusion that I have to have full of imagination (a way of thinking) to connect dots in a way that I could represent in a certain form. I like this conclusion very much. I am deeply touched and thrilled before the moment of truth.
