I read it here and there and then I moved it on a piece of paper. I'm sorry, there's no way to find where it was originally recorded. Maybe it's a phrase from the article.

When I was reviewing through the notepad, I suddenly wrote it down because it looked so good.

To add one sentence,

"To find happiness, you must be ready to greet it.
Otherwise, nothing can bring happiness."

Then what do we need to prepare for greeting ?
