A stroll
I've never thought that running is replaced by strolling. Running has been an addictive activity that had no substitution. and still it is, definitely. But after the unexpected happening(?) was taken place two times, I knew I had to find the other way around. Because I also knew I was approaching to the end of a heavy run due to the medical matter. I've heard of strolling a few times before, and its reputation was highly contributed to a boost in maintaining a health condition. But it always failed to capture my interests, leading to a next level of practice.
Now it is time to arrange a new schedule of routines that I am supposed to follow. And right after that consideration, strolling is emerged to top priority to put into the schedule. And I am talking to myself "No hard feelings". and "Take a look at good side of strolling".
Around ten minutes careful consideration, I come up with a notion that "Alright, I am still walking".
