Get Moving to Slow Cardiovascular Aging
"Any type of aerobics is always better than nothing," says Dr. Baggish. "Your heart doesn't know the difference between a brisk walk and an elliptical trainer. The goal, then, is to do some kind of cardiovascular exercise — anything that gets your heart pumping and makes you sweat."

The thing is that I do need this kind of activity more than anything else. But I am afraid that my time is almost running out. I am still working out though, but it is only half amount of intensity that I used to have. And I seldom get sweat after working out, even though I am fully motivated as much as I used to have.
Unfortunatelly, I can't take it any more since my physical condition doesn't allow me to do that.
But don't feel so bad as long as I am moving around.
P.S. I used to tell this confession a couple of times before. Probably, the exercise has meant to me a lot.
