A Visit to The Year End Talk Show

   It was the first time in my life to be presence in a talk show program. And it was a kind of venue where 'Science & People' was sloganed. The funny thing about the title could be an incorrect phrase due to bad memory. I was invited by one of acquaintances who was a member of that program. It was not that easy to get selected to attend the program since the meeting was limited to the memebers exclusively.

   It was an unfamiliar environment, but nothing much and not so special. Several recent scientific celebrities made their appearance, and the veteran talkative host led the way of proceeding the show. Although I was having a difficulty to follow the program due to lack of prior information, it seemed to have a good times roll as a whole. And there was also a Q&A session for its members which made me confused to keep up with the humor code among the members. Overall, it was not that bad, and was a great experience to encounter personally. I wished to have a little scientific lecture with the emphasis an academical sense in the middle. But it was merely a personal concern.

   I got up early. There was a limit to my preparation and expectation to sit down all the way to end. I talked to myself that I shoud have had some photos at the show on the way heading to the subway station.
