Discovery of Temperament
Temperament is much more difficult to self-aware than personality. Because it is a more intimate part. And it often happens that the consciousness already makes certain choices before examining its own temperament. Very often, people around me have a difficult time to explain a particular temperament figuratively, and also it is not easy to admit it on my own. Rather, it is easy to be ignored.
One of the good ways to check the temperament is to equip myself with the idea of dichotomy of Head and Chest. For a long time, the head part has been carried out by the ideology of ruling government or the religious influence. Most of the time, it was possible to run with the chest in a given condition and a limited environment. But expressing one's personality with a subjective mind has long been taboo.
Now, to some extent, it is possible to be aware of and plus pursue one's own mind(head), but social constraints and surroundings gazes are taking over the role of surveillance. It resembles the appearance of overcoming one obstacle and another one in front of it.
However, there is no need to be very disappointed. Originally it feels comfortable to think that it has already been decided to do so. In the mean time, if I find a specific moment in which my head and chest match in one direction, I find myself that reaching improved self-esteem and proud joy replace the old obstacles.
