Different points of view

   I may think this way, but you do not agree with me and you think that way. It is always happening in a real world no matter whom I talk to. Logics, cultures, refinements, customs and plus much more things are trying to reach an agreement between parties one way or the other. However, things are not that easy even in the absence of malicious intentions. I guess the point has arised from here; different point of views.

   Mutual benefits are the terms that I like very much. Which leads me to adjust imbalances back and forth in a scope of negotiations. But it is not rare to glance at the winner takes all in reality. So it seems like one survives and another one bites the dust. And then, conflicts are unavoidable, and finally, different points of view become a zero sum game after all.

   I have seen very similar patterns so many times but still do not figure out how to solve this dillema. Any suggestions ?  

   Irony, there is a word for this situation and Contradiction, there is a term to describe this situation.
