Business, its nature and scope

   I had a business meeting yesterday. It has been almost seven years to deal with this kind of deal, the same property with a little higher bid price. The similar stuffs were going on like a payment condition and method plus other contract terms. The hardest part always has been the situation that there are many owners involved, insisting on their own benefits and scopes of contract terms. The result is not changed after all these years; at least at this present moment, so difficult to reach an agreement in a piece of paper. One essential thing I have learned from this experience is that mutual benefits are not recognized in vain, meaning that aginst all differences of calculations and predictions among involved parties should be resolved in one way or the other. And it is definitely no wonder that there have been so many wars around in a history itself to reconcile accounts.

   Unfortunately, I really don't have any clue where my deal is heading to.

P.S. If I have a chance to discuss about other opponents' perspectives on a business deal, I am willing to put some comments on that next time.
