Life, and Relationships in It

 

I read a passage that says, 'People try to find meaning through relationships because life is futile and meaningless'. In my own experience, except for the movement of a huge crowd, who move in unison, either frantically for the sake of one's own achievement or to earn money (not to lose money), every street is like a zombie with its nose stuck in a monitor, the size of the palm of a smartphone. I think it is the first time I've ever seen so many people work so hard or concentrated constantly without getting tired. Then, I nod my head at the tremendous success of Apple of the recent smartphone, a convenient tool, and Facebook of transcending space. They definitely created a relationship that transcends time and space.

Then how can independent and individualistic people who seek meaning through some intangble epistemological awareness provide the tools to flexibly cope with relationships? At least, should I live with self-sufficiency by providing a small refuge and maintaining my place in the shadow of diversity furnished by the modern trend? Or will it result in a longer who looks a little odd and doesn't belong anywhere?
